Your purchases, in one place.
Everything you buy from Willow is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically, so there is never a recurring charge to cancel — your plan simply runs until the end of the period you paid for.
In the app
Open Willow → Account → Plan & orders to see your Pro expiry date, event credits and every order with its date, amount and payment method (Google Play or Stripe).
Purchases made with Google Play can also be viewed and refunded in the Play Store: Google Play order history.
Email me my order history
We'll email a list of your paid orders to that address if a Willow account exists.
Cancel, refund or get help
- Cancelling: there are no auto-renewing subscriptions, so nothing needs to be cancelled. Willow Pro ends 12 months after purchase unless you buy it again.
- Refunds: unused purchases are refundable within 7 days — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Email support@thewillowevent.com with the date and amount of the charge.
- Unauthorised or duplicate charge: email support@thewillowevent.com — we refund duplicates in full regardless of the 7-day window and reply within 2 business days.
- Payments made through Google Play can also be disputed or refunded via Google Play support.
