Need a gallery to stay up longer? Add a Storage Extension for $5 per month, per event. Extensions are added instantly and are non-refundable once applied.
Billing & delivery
- How you pay: by card through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Willow never sees or stores your full card number.
- When you get it: immediately. Credits and Pro activate as soon as Stripe confirms the payment; there is nothing to ship.
- Currency & taxes: all prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Renewals: none. Willow Pro lasts 12 months and then simply ends unless you choose to buy it again.
- Storage periods: galleries stay live for 2 months from the event date (5 days on the free trial). Download your photos before the period ends, or add a Storage Extension.
- Refunds: unused purchases are refundable within 7 days — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
